We’ve sorted an amazing range of drinks for you to enjoy either with a meal or simply on their own. Our very own range of Badger Beers are only sold in Hall & Woodhouse pubs, so we can guarantee the very best quality cask and bottled ales brewed right in the heart of the Dorset countryside.
Alongside our beers we also have a comprehensive selection of lagers and ciders, together with an extensive wine list, with wines from all around the World and an ever increasing range of spirits, particularly local and regional gins.

It was deep in Dorset’s rolling hills and patchwork fields, in 1777, that local farmer Charles Hall brewed our first beer. A union of the Hall & Woodhouse families soon followed and the story of Badger beer had begun.
To create the distinctive character of our delicious Badger beers, we combine hops and malted barley with pure spring water which has been filtered naturally through the Cretaceous chalk downs of Dorset. Our comprehensive range of cask and bottled beers, all with distinctive characters, are available throughout the year, although our offering does vary seasonally.

How we love a good cider; it’s the perfect refreshment – crisp and sweet yet tantalisingly tangy. Cider has a long history, with the Romans getting their first taste of the appley brew during their invasion of Britain. Fast forward to the 18th Century and farm labourers were paid by the pint! Who knows the difference between ale and lager? Well it all comes down to the yeast and brewing temperature (lagers are brewed using a process of cool fermentation and maturation), we won’t go into all the details here, but suffice to say our range of lagers below are all celebrated for their crisp and refreshing finish.
A refreshing Helles style lager from Hall & Woodhouse, with a delicate flavour from the Weihenstephan yeast & a subtle fruity lemon character from Hallertau Blanc & Huell Melon hops.
The name refers not only to Blandford Forum, the location of the Hall & Woodhouse brewery, but also to a meeting or gathering where ideas & views can be exchanged.

Fentimans Naturally Light Tonic
The world’s first botanically brewed light tonic water is made using a recipe based on Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic Water and maintains a refreshing and distinctive citrus flavour but with 30% fewer calories.
Fentimans Pink Rhubarb Tonic

Our delicious ‘Rocket Espresso’ comes from our friends at Extract Coffee Roasters and is the perfect combination of great coffee and good ethics. The special blend comprises 100% Arabica coffee beans from a single farm in Colombia and a co-operative project in Peru, which works to directly benefit the families and communities involved. The result of this is a naturally sweet and full-bodied coffee with notes of chocolate and caramel to finish.
